At the time of writing we are virtually halfway through this football season. Rolleston F.C. currently has 5 teams playing mini soccer on Saturday morning and 3 Youth teams which play their games on Sundays.

During the Christmas break the club arranged for all its player to enjoy an afternoon of football at JJB in Derby. This was then followed by a race night which was held at Craythorne Golf Club. I believe that everyone who attended either one or both of the events had a good time.

We would like to thank the Parish Council for continuing to allow our youth teams to use the pitches at Craythorne Fields.

During the next few weeks we as a club will be looking towards next season. We would like to increase the number of children (boys & girls) playing football. It would be fantastic if we could field a girls team. As in previous years we anticipate that we will hold our annual open training session on 10th May.
