Rolleston Scouts 27th Carnival Day
Sunday 16 May, 2pm at Scout HQ.

The Fancy Dress floats, led by Donisthorpe Reunion Band, left Hall Rd/The Lawns junction at about 1.30 pm and slowly made their way to the Scout HQ. The weather - the hottest day of the year so far - attracted large crowds. There was plenty to see and do - including listening to the Tutbury Band, wander around the stalls, take part in all the fun and games, and view the imaginative costumes (TV shows theme). There was also a tug-of-war competition and a guest appearance by 'Rammie'.
